We treated the kids (and bump!) to a trip to Disneyland Paris

With so much to think about we thought a mini break would to us good...

Galina visits Disneyland, Paris
Its week 26 of my pregnancy and I am having the busiest time of my life! I've got so much going on - baby shopping, looking after two kids, work and redecorating our bedroom, which we planned a long time ago but started only this weekend. The good thing is, I feel energetic but I hope the tiredness won't come back in the third trimester as I've got so much to do!

I haven't been very as organised with baby shopping for this pregnancy. With my first and second children everything was ready by 30 weeks (even my hospital bag) so I need to finish getting ready quickly! I probably need to make a list of what else to buy to avoid stress or forgetting something.

At the moment baby is very active with a clear pattern of sleeping and waking hours. My husband and kids enjoy talking to baby and feeling baby's kicks.

I have been told that baby at this stage is about 35cm long and weighs around 1 kilogram (2.2lbs). There is still a lot of space to move around in the womb but as baby starts to grow rapidly and put weight on, the movement and kicks may become painful. However, I think my kids will be very excited to feel little hands or feet through my bump.

The most exciting time for our family was a trip to Disneyland Paris a couple of weeks ago! We had so much fun! The kids' eyes were full of sparkles; they loved Disneyland so much! And we are already planning to go again in maybe five years time so our baby can enjoy the fun with us!

Galina is 32 years old and is due to give birth in August 2013. She's married and has 2 children aged 6 and 4.
