Fearne Cotton and Dermot O'Leary will be reportng live from the red carpet for E!, at this year's BAFTA Awards.

So, we caught up with the Radio 1 star to talk pre-awards fashion and beauty prep, and of course, award predictions.

Q. Okay Fearne, give us your BAFTA 2014 predictions.
Meryl Streep for Best Actress, she was fantastic in Osage Country. But I really loved Sandra Bullock in Gravity too, and Judi Dench has been really great. I think 12 Years A Slave will get Best Film, but I hope Leonardo DiCaprio gets best male lead for Wolf Of Wall Street. Jonah Hill should get a nod too, he was great.

Q. Red carpet interviews can be unpredictable - what's the strangest thing that's happened to you?
At the Oscars one year, Helen Mirren saw I had a little Union Jack flag. She nicked it off me and was then photographed waving it everywhere! It was quite nice to see my little flag on the front of all the papers.

Q. Who are you looking forward to chatting with on the BAFTA red carpet?
Jennifer Lawrence would be great, as I've never interviewed her before. I'd love to chat to Leo too.

Q. Do you know which dress you'll be wearing yet?
No not yet, I need to get that sorted! It's probably going to be something glam, floor-length, very over the top, a bit of sparkle maybe. We'll look at a few more this week and find the 'soul mate dress'.

Q. There are a lot of hair & beauty trends at the moment - do you know what you'll be working on the night?
Well I have a bob again, so hair will probably be big, wavy and glam. I like the dark, vampy lipstick that a lot of people are wearing on the red carpet at the moment, but I'll be chatting a lot, and dark lipstick on the teeth isn't a good look.

Q. Will you be carrying a bag on the red carpet?
On the red carpet I'll probably just be carrying a hot water bottle. But Dermot and I also get to watch the show, so I'll need a clutch bag for that. I always pick cute bags that aren't very big, so I'll be keeping the contents minimal - just phone and money, lipstick and a lip balm, maybe a small bottle of perfume. Oh and some mints!
