The first day of Wireless Festival 2013 kicked off with a bang at London's Olympic Park in Stratford thanks to amazing performances from the likes of Little Mix, Frank Ocean and of course headliner Justin Timberlake.

Conor Maynard, Wretch 32 and Ke$ha got the crowd rocking on the main stage before things took a real R 'n' B turn with the likes of John Legend, Miguel crooning away thorough their mid-afternoon set.

We even spotted Little Mix's Leigh-Anne make her way into the crowd so she could have a proper jig along to hunky singer Trey Songz as he belted out his sexy tunes.

Little Mix had already given a stellar performance at the Pepsi Max which was ram packed as they performed the hits from their debut album.

The clash between Snoop Dogg and Frank Ocean's set almost seemed to split the crowd right in half but everyone was back at the main stage in time for the main man himself, Justin Timberlake.

Blazing through his one hour 40 minute set, JT did not disappoint.

Bringing along his beloved 15-piece big band, The Tennessee Kids, the stage was full of horns, percussions, vocalists and dancers that helped JT put on a SHOW.

This was not just a small gig, the crowd were treated to a full on concert and we honestly didn't see anyone standing still throughout the entire set.

Justin did a bit of everything as he started off the set with his first ever solo single, Like I Love You followed by the popular hits, My Love and Cry Me A River before unleashing material from his new The 20/20 Experience album.

Tracks like Let Groove Get In, Pusher Love Girl and Tunnel Vision all went down a treat but it was older tracks like Señorita and Future Sex Love Sounds that really pleased the hardcore fans in the crowd.

If anyone has ever doubted JT's talent, then watching him play guitar for a bit then hopping onto the piano as well as displaying some smooth dances moves – all while hitting THAT falsetto with ease – should be enough to erase any questions of his musical ability.

Throughout his set, JT had great banter with the crowd, donning a british accent and revealing that like us, he was "a little bit pissed".

Then he teased, "Can I do something new new? Like brand spanking new? Like baby ass spanking new?"

Of course he had our permission to do so and he gave the first ever performance of his new track, Take Back The Night, which will be the first single from the second half of The 20/20 vision album.

After a lovely nod at his inspiration Michael Jackson with a rendition of the Jackon Five hit, Shake Your Body Down (To the Ground), JT started to wrap thing up with the always emotive, Mirrors.

We could just about make her out watching at the side of the stage but we can bet Jessica Biel would have felt something hearing such a big crowd singing the lyrics which are obviously about her.

Naturally Jay Z came out when Suit & Tie came on, much to the crowds delight. While most had feared that the joint headliner on Sunday had affected their chances of seeing the pair perform, these two proved they are all about treating the crowd.

Finishing his set with SexyBack, we think it's safe to say no matter how many breaks JT ever takes from music, he will always be able to deliver when the time comes.
