After selling their infamous 'Beckingham Palace' for a cool £12 million, David and Victoria Beckham have snapped up a seven storey West London mansion for a cool £50 million...although there's still £5 million worth of jobs to be done.
You know, replacing the carpet and all that jazz.
Their new mansion near Kensington Palace also includes five bathrooms, a cinema, library, an underground car park and a massage room (with personal staff of course!).
Insiders suggest their new kitchen will be kitted out by Gordon Ramsay and the pad will be designed by interiors expert Kelly Hoppen. Not bad, eh?
'Beckingham Palace' in Hertfordshire was the Beckham's family home in England for years, so they must be pretty gutted about leaving it behind - even if they are moving on to a faboosh Cribs-worthy pad.
According to the Sun On Sunday, the Beckham's decision to sell up is "the beginning of a new era for the family."
But they also made a £9.5million profit on the property so that's a pretty good reason to move...we'd live in a tent for a £9.5million profit!
A source told the newspaper, "David in particular was desperately sad to sell the family home as their are so many memories there. They have had years of happiness in the home, but practically now there is no need to keep it."
David and Victoria purchased the 12-acre estate just three months after their wedding (remember those velvet thrones?!), giving Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 11, and Cruz, eight, a stable home before their move to Spain then Los Angeles because of David's footballing career.
Apparently, David has thrown in one of his favourite Ferraris, two Jaguars and the family's £2.6 million holiday home in France to sweeten the deal.
