We pine after her seriously amazing handbags, admire her bed head locks and try to emulate her festival wardrobe...we basically want to be Caroline Flack.

In her interview for Cosmopolitan Magazine's June issue, she 'fesses up her secrets to being body confident, having a healthy relationship with her music manager boyfriend, Jack Street and basically being an all round good role model.

Here's her top advice...

On Body Confidence

Caroline's healthy approach to weight makes us want to throw those scales out the window and say to hell with it, we like food.

"I never weigh myself. I ditched the scales because you become obsessed. It takes over your mind. Sometimes you have to just think 'screw it!' I'd hate to not enjoy food. Sometimes food is better than sex… sometimes."

On Dealing with negative comments

It's important to not judge others and Caroline highlights she struggles with the misconceptions others have about her.

"A lot of the time people think I have a high opinion of myself when I really don't. I think, 'You are so wrong about how I feel about myself.' That can be very upsetting…You can't judge others. You never know what's going on in their mind or body."

On Online Bullying

Speaking exclusively to Cosmopolitan in support of its partnership with Beat, the UK's leading eating disorders charity, Caroline raises awareness about online bullying and how it's affected her personally.

"Then you get older and you start putting on weight...and you just feel the pressure massively. Especially with Twitter...I started hearing from people I didn't even know who have no relevance to me saying, 'You're ugly, you're fat, you're old.' And I thought, 'Hold on, I was doing alright until you piped up.'"

On Looks

Being kind and nice is more important to being good looking, says Caroline.

"There are millions of women all over the world who are self-conscious about the way they look...We should compliment other women; if you can't think of anything nice, don't say anything."

On Relationships

No more of this dating your best friend business.

Caroline says keeping the mystery alive and being lovers as opposed to bessies is the key to a successful relationship.

"Jack has moved into my house. It's so important to have a private life. You need to have something to go home to that's separate. I always say to Jack, 'We're lovers, not best friends.' You have to make an effort; go on dates. Fancying each other is so important in a relationship...You've got to keep the mystery."

The full interview appears in the June 2014 issue of Cosmopolitan, on sale 1st May. Also available in digital edition on Apple Newsstand.
